Our group classes are intended to help us stay connected to our practice, the teachings, and our community

Community Meditation

Open for new and experienced meditators

When we establish ourselves in a regular sitting practice, we have access to the space of practice without needing anything but our connection with ourselves. But getting established in a practice can be hard, and in coming together as a community to sit, be still, and be curious about our experience, we can begin. Even if we’ve tried a million times, we can begin today.

These Wednesday morning sessions focus on breath-centered meditation, utilizing the yogic understanding of the Pañcamaya model to explore and refine our practice. These sessions also include an optional time afterwards to connect with community around questions, reflections, and challenges in our practice. Meditations are recorded and shared with students to support home practice.

Wednesdays, 9:15 - 9:45am EST practice / 9:45am - 10:15am community discussion. You can drop in, or purchase our Community Meditation rate for the whole month.

Community Study at FulBeing Collective

Open to all

At FulBeing, we celebrate what it means to be human. This means coming into conversation with our difficulties, our hopes, and where we find ourselves stuck. We all suffer, and when we take on our suffering as the path, a world opens up to us. Through teachings, practice, and community, we experience the universality of our individual conditions, and we gain insight, compassion, curiosity, and a nourishing relationship with ourselves.

In this series, we will explore yogic and Buddhist teachings, as well as tools for our body, mind and breath which allow us to include more in our practice, so our healing path can be deep and profound. Beyond self improvement or quick fixes, together we can build trust in our capacity, in how the whole of our humanity helps us through the art of being a human.

Finding Ease: Yoga for Body, Breath, and Mind

Open for all levels of experience

When we orient our practice toward our subtle, inner experience, we nourish a powerful relationship with ourselves that has the ability to bring focus, connection, and calm. Join Yoga Therapist Sarah Capua for an evening of breath-centered movement and meditation open for all. In this practice, we take an inside-out approach and learn to move from our breath, to support ease in the body, and bring spaciousness to the mind. Practice will be simple and adapted for each student's needs, and a variety of practice orientations will be available (including use of chairs and props). Students will leave with a simple take home practice, and there will be time for q&a so students leave with a deeper understanding of yoga and how it can support our individual path and wellbeing. Class is limited to 6 people so that you can receive individual attention.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothing. Masks are optional.

Yoga for Chronic Stress/Pain

Open for all levels of experience

When we experience stress or pain, our immediate impulse is often to wish it away, want it to be different...in other words, meet it with resistance. Since yoga means relationship, it can help us meet ourselves exactly where we are in any moment. Yoga is powerful because of how it's tools affect our deeper systems, our energy, and our mind. When we orient our practice toward our subtle, inner experience, we nourish a powerful relationship with ourselves that has the ability to bring focus, connection, and calm, regardless of pain or stress levels. Join Sarah for deep practices of asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, and foster a lifelong foundation of practice which comes from your connection to yourself.
