The Pañçamaya Model is yoga's holistic perspective on the human system, one which understands that we are complex and interdependent dimensions which includes our anatomy, physiology, mind, personality, and emotions. These dimensions are in constant interaction with each other, and the tools of yoga are adept at interacting with them directly. This model is the foundational yogic view that helps us to understand our human system, how our experiences ripple out into different aspects of ourselves, and what might bring our systems into more balance.
This course will meet every Monday at 7:30pm-8:45pm est from May 11- June 29th on Zoom, skipping Monday May 25th. Each class will include discussion and practice, and classes will be recorded for students.
