One of the prominent books of the last few years on the essential role breathing has in our lives and our health, this book is a scientific and cultural exploration of the topic in a way that few other books have explored. Sarah will have a lot to add on this topic from a deep Yoga perspective, both revelatory and critical. For those of us who have wondered why we emphasize the breath so much in our practice, this will be a fascinating exploration.
