Join Sarah for a deep dive into a concentrated and profound yoga practice. Learn or refine your technique in asana and pranayama, engage with your meditation practice, and connect with community. We will practice for one hour and then have a 15 discussion period.
This course is intended to help ignite and nourish the flame of our practice, and is intended for both regular students as well as those of you who haven't had a chance to practice together in some time. Practices will be simple, accessible, and well designed for the ease of an online format. Practices will also be recorded if you are unable to join in person.
